"I've been using this over a year. My nails are strong! Maybe my imagination, but my knees seemed to be stiffer and more tender when I didn't use it for a month. I wanted to see if it really made a difference! I believe it does. Thus, like Algaecal and strontium, don't believe I will ever stop using it!"

"One day following adding this supplement to my daily smoothie, a rash started to develop. Do be fair - I didn't pin it on this supplement right away and used it again for two days. The result was a full body rash that was non responsive to prescription creams. Now after two weeks of oral steroids, my skin is healing. This is the first supplement I have ever used that was not fully third party tested and I will not make that mistake again. Who knows what's in there that caused this reaction and it may be fine for many but just a fair warning."
