"I started using the Bone Builder Pack just over 2 years ago (2024) when my bone density went from osteopenia to osteoporosis. My PCP had referred me to a physician assistant specializing in orthopaedics and bone density concerns. The PA recommended medication but I told her I wanted to try AlgaeCal. I had a dexa scan after both one and two years on the product with "statistically significant improvement" documented both times. When I saw the PA specialist after my 2025 dexa scan results she still referred to my condition as osteoporosis although my T scores had improved to the osteopenia range. She also told me not to expect my gains to last. I am grateful for continued improvement at statistically significant levels in 2026! That PA was sent my results again this year but I don't plan to check in with her again. My PCP is supportive of my path and pleased with my results."

The pcp, endocrinologist, reumatologist, gyn, all talked me into the meds. . . i told them "give me a year to do this, and exercise, change diet, and if it doesn't work, I'll succumb to the meds" Now, me personally I don't "feel" anything different, but the dexas show the result, my worst number now is -3. 4! Everybody is different i know, and others might have underlying causes, but let me tell you, definitely it's working!! I use the builder pack, the D3, and the collagen. I'm glad it works for me!! You have to give it a try!"
