"I can’t say enough at 63 going outside with daycare kids and taking them for walks what a difference in my joint pain in my knees and my nails are stronger and hair is getting thick again like when I was younger! My nights are even better I’m not waking up with knee pain anymore I’m sleeping through the night!"

The first year, I took Strontium along with the Algae-Cal, but when a DEXA scan took me from Osteoporosis to Osteopenia, I quit the Strontium. Over about 8 months, I went from feeling very old with hip pain while walking, standing, sitting, and lying. Today, I'm pain-free and walking 4 miles a day. Algae-Cal made a believer out of me!
