"After taking Magnesium Relax for 10 days or so I developed a bounding extra heart beat that really bothered me 24/7. My sleep tracker showed I was waking up 12-14 times per night and getting poor sleep. When I stopped the magnesium my heart returned to normal. I think it’s the Ashwagandha."

"I have used Agaecal Plus with the Strontium Boost and Algaecal Collagen with great results, but I was disappointed with the Magnesium Relax. It did nothing to improve my sleep."

No Real Change
"I was asked to write a review of the product. I'm well into the second bottle of this supplement. To date, I really haven't observed any change to anything. So, I'm not sure that it's doing anything helpful, unfortunately. My Oura ring doesn't detect any difference that I can see, nor do I feel differently."

Magnesium is wonderful
"I don't even take two as directed. All the algaecal upsets my stomach a bit, but not if I lower the dose a little from time to time. I sleep better and leg cramps are gone. !"

Grateful
"Thank you for this supplement, it has been such a game changer for me . I’ve been having issues with sleep for years and this has change since I’ve started taking it. I usually only need two tablets an hour before bed and occasionally will take three if needed. Consistency is key here and I now look forward to sleeping instead worrying if I will get a good nights rest. My body nervous system calms down and allows me to have deep sleep that has been so restorative for my body."
